The staff was welcoming and helpful.
I was initially charged more than expected upon arrival. The hotel advertised a rate of $52 but ended up being $72 after fees. This misleading pricing ruined my overall impression of the stay.

Recommend it for solo travelers
I had a nice room with soft beds, which is hard to find in Mexico. The staff spoke pretty good English and were super helpful, making things much easier for me.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but still acceptable.

I enjoyed my time here and found the staff to be helpful. When I needed a taxi, they called one for me due to some road issues, which felt safe compared to hailing one myself. The food at the restaurant was nice, and the room was quiet at night. I appreciate good service as a family traveler on vacations, especially when we take road trips in the U.S.
I encountered issues with the air conditioning not working one night. This made for an uncomfortable sleep.

The breakfast buffet was just what I needed, and the hot water on demand was a luxury. I loved the plush king-size bed, but the TV could use more channels.

Had a great time with my friends! We loved exploring nearby attractions like the Minerva Fountain and the local mall. The large room was perfect for our group, and the restaurant had good options, including a tasty buffet breakfast. Just a heads up, though, there’s no laundry facility, which could be tricky for longer stays.
We faced some issues with the bed comfort. It felt pretty hard, and I found it hard to get a good night's sleep during our stay.

The King Room was really spacious with a huge, comfy bed. The AC was super quiet, which was a nice surprise. The shower had great water pressure and stayed hot. Overall, the room had a modern feel. However, I did notice the view wasn't great, just some old pipes. The pool was on the small side but nice enough for a quick dip.

Just a balanced option for a fleeting pause in Guadalajara with high value for money. I enjoyed the bar off the lobby and the chicken wings with veggies & dip were solid too. If you like a chill atmosphere, check it out.
